尿路感染诊断中尿常规检验的临床效果观察

【摘要】目的:分析研究尿路感染的临床诊断中使用尿常规检验的价值,为提高尿路感染诊断准确率提供参考。方法:选择我院 2018 年 1 月~2018 年 12 月共 3000 份疑似尿路感染患者的尿常规标本进行分析,所有标本均给予尿常规检验,观察白细胞脂酶、白细胞计数、细菌计数及亚硝酸盐对尿路感染的诊断灵敏度、特异度、阳性预测值、阴性预测值、准确性。并对比常见检出菌株标本的白细胞计数及细菌计数。结果:

本次研究中 3000 份尿培养标本中, 细菌培养阳性共 1291 份,阳性率为 43.03%,细菌培养阴性为 1709 份,阴性率为 56.96%。

Abstract Objective:

To analyze the value of routine urine test in the clinical diagnosis of urinary tract infection, and to provide reference for improving the diagnostic accuracy of urinary tract infection.

Methods:

A total of 3,000 urine samples from patients with suspected urinary tract infections from January 2018 to December 2018 were selected for analysis.

All specimens were given routine urine tests to observe leukocyte lipase, white blood cell count, bacterial count and nitrous acid.

The sensitivity, specificity, positive predictive value, negative predictive value, and accuracy of salt for urinary tract infection.

And compare the white blood cell count and bacterial count of the commonly detected strain samples.

Results:

In the 3000 urine culture samples, there were 1291 bacterial culture positives, the positive rate was 43.03%, the bacterial culture was negative 1709, and the negative rate was 56.96%.

The sensitivity of white blood cells was the highest, the specificity of white blood cell lipase was the highest, the positive predictive value was the highest, the negative predictive value was the highest, and the accuracy rate was the highest, p<0.05.

The difference was statistically significant.

There were significant differences in white blood cell count and bacterial count between different strains, p<0.05, and the difference was statistically significant.

Conclusion:

Urine routine test has a high application value in urinary tract infection, and there are differences in the sensitivity of different indicators.

It is necessary to make a comprehensive judgment.
