分子生药学教学方法探讨

[摘要] 分子生药学是一门涉及多学科的交叉学科,要求学生具备生药学、生物化学、分子生物学等课程的专业基础,同时涉及到一些新技术和方法,授课难度较大。本文基于分子生药学的特点,探讨利用多种教学方法和手段提高该课程的教学效率,同时对分子生药学教学中存在的问题进行分析,以促进分子生药学理论教学地发展和完善,使分子生药学能够为提高中药学专业学生的综合素质而服务。

Investigation of teaching methods of molecular pharmacognosy

[Abstract]

Molecular pharmacognosy is an interdisciplinary subject which involves multidisciplinary subjects.

Molecular pharmacognosy requires students to possess the professional basis of pharmacognosy, biochemistry, molecular biology and other courses, also involves some new techniques and methods.

Therefore, it is very difficult to teach.

This paper explores the use of variety teaching methods and means to improve the efficiency of the curriculum bases on the features of molecular pharmacognosy, and analyzes the problems existing in the teaching of molecular pharmacognosy, in order to promote the development and improvement of the theoretical teaching of molecular pharmacognosy and serve to improve the overall quality of traditional Chinese medicine major students through molecular pharmacognosy.

随着分子生物学技术的飞速发展,DNA 分子标记技术正在广泛应用到生命科学的各个领域,促使了大批交叉学科和新型学科地产生。1995 年,黄璐琦在《展望分子生物技术在生药学中的应用》[1]中首先提出“分子生药学(molecular pharmacognosy)”这一概念,分子生物学技术与生药学的相互渗透和发展促使了分子生药学的产生。分子生药学主要研究内容为种质资源鉴定和评价、濒危药用植物保护、生药的分子鉴定、道地药材形成机制等,从分子水平对生
